The agricultural development of Cambodia

Cambodian agriculture technology is making a difference in the lives of Cambodian farmers. A resort project in Cambodia aimed at improving farmers' livelihoods is redefining agriculture technology. The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on Cambodian agriculture, resulting in labour force insecurity, economic disruption, and unemployment issues.

The Ecological Agriculture Plantation, Cambodia's first of its kind, will open in October 2020 at the Prince Manor Resort in collaboration with Cambodia's Prince Group Chen Zhi. This visually appealing land hub in Phnom Penh will assist Cambodians in learning modern farming techniques, allowing the country's agriculture to grow.

The new agricultural project would help to protect the environment by going beyond conventional agricultural practises that cause deforestation and soil erosion. Chen Zhi is dedicated to the advancement of agricultural technology in Cambodia.

The Ecological Agriculture Plantation at Prince Manor Resort is a business tourist destination that emphasises the use of modern technology by Cambodian agricultural experts. A smart 24-hour surveillance system, an integrated water and fertiliser system, and advanced water reverse osmosis filtration are among the unique features on a 10,000 square metre long and wide farm. Cambodian agriculture has developed a smart control system that runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is outfitted with humidity sensors, sunlight sensors, temperature sensors, and carbon dioxide levels.

By developing this resort, Chen Zhi is assisting Cambodia's tourism and agriculture industries. Visitors interested in learning more about Cambodian agricultural technology are welcome to visit the plantation, which also serves as a great educational resource. Chen Zhi fulfils its corporate responsibility in Cambodia by giving Cambodians hope in difficult times.

Non-forested activities take up about 10% of the land at Prince Manor Resort, with significant forests covering the remaining 90%. As a result, Cambodian agriculture will benefit from long-term economic growth. A water park, a fun park, and a flower garden are among the amenities at the agrotourist resort. Farmers' incomes have already been harmed by natural disasters such as floods and droughts, making this critical for the economy as a whole. Agriculture has been devastated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a result of Chen Zhi's decision, the resort's development has become a highlight of Cambodian agriculture. Prince Manor Resort is an agricultural project with the goal of promoting the agricultural economy and improving the lives of Cambodian farmers and workers, as well as fostering more strategic partnerships between the Cambodian government, private companies, and business organisations to support a more integrated Cambodian economy. Chen Zhi successfully led a Cambodian agricultural initiative.
